THE JOB:

In the role as BDR, the successful cowndidate will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You should have previous experience developing leads from campaigns and achieving sales goals. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact to product demonstration. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. You will also:

  • Identify and qualify leads within dairy cooperatives, processors, and transportation companies across North America 
  • Determine and identify the buyer(s) and begin building relationships with them
  • Conduct web research to gather contact details for prospects
  • Send emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other communications to generate sales opportunities
  • Use HubSpot as your CRM and to conduct and track all activities 
  • Consistently achieve goals and track against specific KPIs
  • Endless curiosity and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.


TECH STACK:

  • Hubspot, Apollo, Roam, Gsuite, Zoom, Owler


NICE TO HAVE:

  • 1-3 years experience in a BDR, Lead Developer, Sales & Marketing Coordinator or relevant position; bonus points if it was in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Experience dealing with C-suite & VP-level executives
  • Experience using Hubspot and/or similar CRM/marketing automation software
  • Familiarity with project management principles

Location: St. John's, Halifax, Minneapolis - St. Paul or Remote

Hours: Full Time - Flexible

Salary: $50-55k + sales commissions
